Cutter was introduced to ColdFusion in 2000, when he began working for a small, regional hosting company on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Now living and working in Nashville, TN, Cutter is a very active member of the ColdFusion community, speaking to the User Group, actively participating on several lists and forums, and sharing from his blog (www.cutterscrossing.com). Cutter has also been active with his support of the ExtJS library, the underlying foundation of most of the CF8 Ajax component set. Mike Brunt

Mike Brunt has been coding web applications since 1993 and began using ColdFusion at version 1.54 in 1995-6. He designed and created the first on-line international industrial equipment mart in 1997 (Power Bank International) at the request of a Cummins Engine Company subsidiary. In 1998 he worked with Kodak and Lucent Technologies to create a pioneering web based TeleRadiology cross-consult portal when Radiologists and Primary Care Physicians could review patient medical images. Allaire recruited Mike in 1999 to join a ColdFusion-JRun consulting team. This team was dispatched world-wide to help Allaire then Macromedia clients design and troubleshoot ColdFusion applications. In 2001 Mike co-founded his own company ? Webapper Services LLC along with another Macromedia consultant, Patrick Quinn. From 1999 to the present day, Mike has been very focused on the server-side of ColdFusion helping users worldwide to troubleshoot applications and to create strategies which ensure Enterprise level ColdFusion applications can be scaled effectively and efficiently.

Steve Drucker, CEO of Fig Leaf Software, has been implementing innovative, award-winning web sites with Adobe tools since 1996. Most recently he completed a ground-up rearchitecture and reimplementation of the Voice of America web site (www.voanews.com) using Adobe ColdFusion and the CommonSpot Content Server from Paperthin, Inc. VOANews.com is comprised of 44 sites in 44 different languages supporting 500K content items, 120m+ hits/month and output to web/rss/windows mobile/wap/blackberry devices. He has been a featured speaker at several trade shows including the Adobe MAX Developers Conference and CFUnited. Dean is a Managing Consultant at Foundstone. He is responsible for conducting web application penetration testing, threat modeling, code reviews, secure software development lifecycle (S-SDLC) design and implementation, and project management. Dean also provides client education services as a lead instructor of these Foundstone courses: Building Secure Software, Writing Secure Code: Java/J2EE, and Writing Secure Code: ColdFusion.

Dean has ten years of software development experience in a variety of industries, including banking, education, and quality control. Since 2001, he has focused on secure software development and web application security. Prior to working at Foundstone, Dean held the position of manager of web application security for a corporate cash-management application service provider. In this position, he implemented the company?s first secure software development and deployment guidelines, development frameworks to support secure coding paradigms, tools used for the semi-automated remediation of application vulnerabilities, and static code analysis tools to expedite conducting secure code reviews.
